With the participation of the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Moldova, H.E. Dr. Robert Kirnág, and the Director General of the Section of International Organizations, Development and Humanitarian Aid of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Mgr. Michal Mlynár, we organized an international conference in Chisinau, Moldova on zero-waste processing of animal by-products into products supporting intensive and ecological agriculture. The conference was attended by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Ion Parea, and the Director General of the State Veterinary and Food Administration of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Vsevolod Stamati. Contributions on the topic of processing animal by-products under Slovak conditions were presented by MVDr. Zuzana Tkáčová from the State Veterinary and Food Administration of the Slovak Republic and Ing. Alexandra Krajčiová Orčíková from the Veterinary Sanitation Company Žilina. The topic of feathers - a strategic raw material and a sustainably renewable energy source - was addressed by Ing. Robert Vysoký.
