The aim of the meeting was to present the effect of using amino acid organo-mineral fertilizers from the company Rokosan, s.r.o. in the form of a professional presentation led by the sales manager Mr. Marek Szőke in cooperation with the representative of Zymax, Ing. Zděnek Dominik, distributor of Rokosan products for the Czech market.
Ing. Anna Túčeková, PhD., from the National Forestry Center – Forestry Research Center /NLC - LVÚ/ Department of Forest Production and Cultivation - Zvolen, participated in the professional discussion with her contributions, elaborating on the positive properties of Rokosan products based on her own experiences. Mainly in the planting and afforestation of spruce forests in the Kysuce region (2007-10), as well as the application on these coniferous cultures in the juvenile stage. Likewise, the director of the Forest Protection Service /LOS/, NLC-LVÚ Zvolen, based in Banská Štiavnica, Ing. Andrej Kunca, PhD., shared his experiences and recommendations in his presentation, emphasizing the bioinsecticidal aspect of liquid Rokohumin, which is currently, due to its rare composition, still being researched under practical research conditions.
In conclusion, it can only be added that the participants of the meeting expressed a common conviction that Rokosan products have the potential to find their application also in the forests of the Czech Republic and that subsequent joint steps should be directed towards this.
