The event was under the patronage of the Ambassador of Indonesia in Bratislava, H.E. Mrs. Adiyawidi Adiwoso Asmady. The economy, business environment, and investment opportunities of Indonesia were presented by Mr. Nurul Ichwan, director of the Indonesian Investment Promotion Centre in London, and the Slovak-Indonesian trade cooperation was evaluated by Mr. Muhammad Rivas Abbas, deputy director of the Indonesian Trade Promotion Centre in Budapest.
The seminar was also attended by the company Rokosan s.r.o. through its representative, sales manager Mr. Marek Szöke, with the aim of getting better acquainted with Indonesia as one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. During the B2B negotiations, Mr. Dhanny Perkasa, secretary for economic affairs at the Indonesian embassy, was directly approached. He was very interested in the idea of processing animal waste using Rokosan's zero-waste technology, its high added value, and excellent quality indicators in increasing the fertility and ecological quality of cultivated products in the island country.
Indonesia is no longer just a tourist destination but is gradually becoming a modern trade and investment destination for buyers, sellers, as well as manufacturers and investors seeking new challenges and something new and promising. Indonesia holds a privileged position within the ASEAN countries, is a member of the G-20, is rich in natural resources, and continuously advances in its development, thus being open to new challenges and progressive ideas.
The fact that Rokosan s.r.o. is a bearer of such innovation attracted H.E. Mrs. A.A. Asmady. During a personal audience at the embassy the following day, in a more than two-hour discussion, she showed great interest in the detailed possibilities of applying and utilizing the technology for processing animal waste into amino acid organic and organo-mineral fertilizers under the conditions of her home country and expressed a desire to help promote the development of trade balance between the two countries through her mission in Slovakia by supporting such ideas.
